Dear Members and Friends,
Our mission statement includes the following description of who we are at St. Christopher's:
"We are a diverse group of Christians with unique
gifts and talents who are united through the
awareness of God's presence in our lives. We invite
all others to share in our Christian life which we
express through the Anglican tradition.
Through the ministries of Evangelism, Education,
Worship, Service, and Fellowship, we continually
strive to support, equip, and strengthen each other on
our spiritual journey and create a loving and
comforting family which reflects God's love in our
lives and in the world."
We are a remarkably diverse community of believers: we are the young child who stands in awe as he/she looks at the cross of Christ; we are the elder member who recalls when that cross was placed in its permanent station over our altar; we are the young couples who clasp hands in front of the cross, a symbol of God's love, as they pledge their love; and we are a family of faith that gathers to sing and learn and pray and serve this wonderful....Lord. We are glad you are part of the family.
